A building with a historical core dating back to the Middle Ages is being gradually awakened from decades of slumber. The goal is to preserve its original structure and atmosphere while translating it into a contemporary context.

Existing elements such as natural stone walls, aged wooden beams, and irregular floor plans are deliberately left visible and reinterpreted through selected interventions, furniture, and colors. The design draws inspiration from Italian Memphis style of the 1970s and 1980s—bold, playful, and full of character.
The building spans three levels, each housing a compact apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, plus an entrance area leading to a seminar space.

The renovation is carried out in stages, creating a place where history, design, and the present come together in a harmonious dialogue, respecting the original character of the building.
