Designing your own home goes hand in hand with consciously accessing your inner self. Clear structures, natural materials, harmonious colors, and lighting moods can do much more than just look beautiful: they create atmosphere, tranquility, and a feeling of belonging.
I am Lisa: architect, breathing and yoga teacher, mother, coach, and passionate about residential construction for 15 years. During this time, I have learned that architecture is never just a floor plan or a furnishing concept, but always deeply personal. People open their homes and their lives to me. This requires not only expertise, but also trust, respect, and a keen sense of intuition.
In addition to my architectural expertise, I have therefore completed training courses focusing on inner process work and functional breathing therapy in order to understand spaces not only functionally, but holistically. This has given me a broader view of the people who live in the spaces I design.
Today, I combine interior design with mindfulness. This creates spaces that not only function, but also touch the heart and create a real feeling of home. And because external spaces always reflect the inner self, I can accompany you with individually tailored breathwork sessions, if you wish, so that you feel at home not only in your spaces, but also within yourself.
