With a limited budget, the apartment was carefully optimised. The focus was on identifying which existing elements could be retained, what was truly needed for everyday living and how furniture and layout could enhance comfort. Some pieces were replaced, while others with character were consciously integrated and reinterpreted.

The furnishing concept follows a clear and functional approach. Compact furniture, multifunctional elements and well proportioned storage solutions create a sense of order and ease. Selected vintage pieces are combined with contemporary furniture and accessories, balancing Viennese period character with modern restraint.
Colours, materials and textiles were subtly coordinated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space feels open yet structured, offering both retreat and orientation for temporary residents.

The result is a coherent and thoughtfully designed apartment where newcomers feel at home immediately. A calm retreat that combines clarity, comfort and the charm of a Viennese period apartment, ideally suited for life on the move.
